St. Isidore, Ora pro Nobis
Catholic blogs should not forget
The patron of the Internet.
St. Isidore, who ordered thoughts so well,
Had no need for Oracle or SQL.
Nowadays we serve megabytes to all,
But what of content for the soul?
As demons assault us all with spam,
Let us more boldly proclaim the Lamb.
And invent in new technology here,
The traditional Catholic blogosphere.

Did you write this? I was unaware of yet another one of your talents! Well done!

I was going to say, if it's too hokey, just delete it. Happy blogger feast day.

The only thing I changed was the spelling of blogosphere.

They say Saint Isidore was the first to write an encyclopedia. How big is was, I don't know.

Cyprian,
It's the thought that counts. I'm sure St. Isidore would paste a great big smiley face on your poetic post!

Felicitas,

Cyprian,
It’s almost incongruous to think of a smiley face being scrawled out on parchment at the tip of a plume. But who knows?

Cyprian... is there anything you can't do?
